Easter in Endicott

Boys will be boys!!

What you see:  my 3 cute boys, a salt shaker, and a shoe
What you don't see:  an unexpecting slug

My goofy McKay turns 2!!

Belize!!

We headed to Belize from Guatemala in a puddle jumper airplane and landed in the center of San Pedro on their dirt runway.  Tiny one building airport with a sign on the dirt runway for bagage claim:)

This was our friend on the beach!

This was our friend come dinner time:)

Went on an all day scuba trip...ok that isn't me.  I had to snorkel because I wasn't scuba certified.  But it was still amazing.  We went to the blue hole where my friend saw sharks and I saw...nothing.  Luckily we saw cooler fish at other stops.

We enjoyed a beautiful sunset and jumping dolphins.  An ideal way to end the day!

Of course, we had to fill our hungry bellies with some hearty pirate pizza:)

After being away from the kids and Dave for 2 weeks, it was time for me to go home:)  What a warm welcome back...I love my family!

The Girls make it to Guatemala!

Our first day and already making tortillas:)

We'll keep our day jobs!

Our quaint room at our 1st hotel...we were the only ones staying here;)

Lock on the outside of the door...should we worry?

View from our room..make you appreciate home!

View from our bathroom...lol!  Has a pass through in the door!!

                                                 To market...

Tons of Ruins!!!

Thank you Samuel for a great tour!!

Tikal

I could totally picture people gathered here to hear Christ teach.  An amazing feeling!

We went to a "zoo" while in Tikal area...these monkeys were very friendly!

Still looking beautiful after hiking a huge pyramid (still covered in dirt, grass and trees). But they swear it was a real pyramid and not just a ploy to make us get in shape:)

The following are really old artifacts that we saw in a "museum".  Can you believe they told us to take pictures of them and that we could even touch them!!  This would never have happend in the US:)

This piece was hundreds of pieces that they glued together.  They didn't even have it in a case!  Amazing that they could find all the pieces!

Thank you for a wonderful tour!
(I COULD NEVER REMEMBER THE NAME OF OUR TOUR GUIDE...SORRY)
